Pepperoni Pizza Illness - Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Caloocan, Caloocan Metro Manila

November 17, 202, around 8:02 PM I ordered from this branch, Angus Burger, Primo Scallop and Pepperoni Pizza (My Son's (9yr) and Daughter's (3yr) favorite). During dinner that is the only food we ate. I ate Angus Burger and Primo Scallop only but my Son and Daughter ate the Pepperoni. My son had diarrhea and keeps on vomiting from November 17, 2022 from 12am - 5am and fell asleep. My daughter started to vomit when she woke up 4:30am. My son currently felt weak and my daughter is recovering. Was advised by our family doctor to observe.

Suspected food poisoning.
Symptoms: Vomiting and Diarrhea

Onset: 4 hours after
Duration: Until 5am but Son is still weak
