I went to Sheetz and ordered a turkey sub on a pretzel roll around 11pm by 2am I was vomiting violently and had explosive direaha, as and a headache and dizzy spells i went to er and was there 5 hrs being pumped with fluids, nausea meds and pain meds and also a cat scan. This is the worst feeling in the world | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
