Additional Information: I ate a Simple Truth lunch kit (turkey, cheese, and oatmeal cookies one) today and got insanely sick about 6-7 hours after eating it. It started with bad stomach cramps, diarrhea, and nausea. No vomiting yet. It’s 2am and I can’t sleep because I’m still running to the bathroom.. Purchased at this Safeway | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
