On my birthday - July 3rd 2023, I decided to eat at a popular burger place as a special birthday treat. I had a blue cheese burger and a Marionberry milkshake. About an hour after eating, I started to feel off... very tired, bad headache. By evening, about 4 hours later, started experiencing really bad back pain. Then started getting stomach pain. Around 1 am it became extreme. Could barely breathe. Developed strong neaseua. Felt very over heated. Around 3 am, violently vomited. Have been very sick for a week.... feeling very weak, and in the evenings/night am still getting extreme back and stomach pains. My stomach is very bloated/extended. This has resulted in 2 days of missed work, and a trip to the emergency clinic. My meal was purchased at around 2:30 pm July 3rd, 2023. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Weakness, Bloating
