Undercooked pizza The pizza place is under new ownership. The dough wasn't completely cooked, the ricotta cheese looked like plaster. I got sick almost immediately. I opted for just the plain slice and didn't touch the white slice. I got half way through the plain slice when I realized how undercooked it was. I had to run home during my lunch break to use the bathroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
