In Nov 2022, I was taken to the ER in my community of Hilo HI 96720, after eating a mixed fruit bowl from our only safeway store. I went into the ER a total of 5 times from Nov, 18th and then admitted in Nov 20th. I was diagnosed with rat-lung worm, meningitis and a collapsed lung. My hospital records are inconsistant but I experienced a lethal, deadly parasitic, viral and fungal illness, nearly ending my life. I know that my island is not equipped with top of the line tools or equipment, as others in Oahu and the mainland. In Hilo, they are very inexperienced and this type(s) of disease are rare, only 3 total incident's were recorded in the entire island chain of Hawaii in 2022, I was one of them and the most ill. I had memory loss, big time, only to find samples from the original fruit bowl, frozen and the fruit bowl itself, sealed, from the day I was observed to be showing "poisoning" symptoms. I didnt think it was parasitic, at all! The uneducated ER staff misdiagnosed me in the most absurd diagnosis. They were not familiar in this field, even when my roommate, that I actually care give for, : I will scan my documents to provide the proof of the parasitic lethal worms I got from this store. I know it was Safeway, because i was on a strict SlimFast shake diet. The only outside food I was allowed to eat, was from safeway. | Symptoms: Disease
