Late Thursday night to late Friday night 4/24 - 4/25, I purchased Pot Pies from Smith's West Valley, I since found out that it is not Smith's it's Banquet that is at fault. A neighbor got food poisoning from a Banquet Pot pies as well, which she purchased at a different store. Sorry Smith's.Got hungry. I cooked and ate a Banquet Turkey pot pie. A couple of hours later I was throwing up, had watery diarrhea, sweating yet cold, stomach pain, and could not swallow anything that wouldn't boomerang. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Sweating
