On Saturday evening at 7 PM I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, and a strawberry milkshake. By 10:30 PM I was violently ill everything that I consumed I started vomiting, and had uncontrolled diarrhea until five in the morning. It was a constant low-grade fever and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. All I wanted to do was survive I would’ve driven myself to the hospital but I was in no condition. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
