We went to SW in the Old Market on Sat, Dec 23 for dinner with a group of 10 people. I ordered a chicken alfredo mushroom bake but they brought me something else. They offered to bring me the correct dish but I said it would be ok. The offered to take 1/2 of for the trouble. I ate less than 1/2 of it as it didn't taste that great. A few hours later I couldn't stop belching and had diarrhea. This was followed shortly after by violent vomiting. I had chills and was shaking after this and covered up and went to sleep. I have had diarrhea the past few days, very limited appetite and stomach pains. To top it off, I looked at the receipt today and they didn't even discount my meal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Shaking, Burping
