I bought a steamed chicken and broccoli, along with shrimp dumplings and ate around 10:30 PM. The next day i woke up and immediately projectile vomited and had extreme watery diarrhea with a low grade fever. This was more than 24 hrs ago and i am still very sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
