Spinach Suspected: Violent Vomiting - Corner Bakery, Fairfax Virginia

Ate two half sandwiches from there on Tuesday Feb 28. My wife had one half of a panini, but she removed the spinach because it looked bad, but I didn’t realize that until later. A couple of hours after eating it, felt stomach upset and unwell and continued through evening until threw up violently next morning content of sandwich including spinach. Unwell another couple of days, but no more throwing up. Linking back there, but also know stomach bug going around. Could have been prep of food or food itself or potentially something else, so keeping report private, but think this meal most likely culprit. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
