- comments: 6-202. 13 observed a insect control device installed above the soda pop dispenser in the food prep area. Instructed to remove and do not install insect control devices over the soda pop dispenser.

- comments: 4-204. 115 observed a temperature measuring gauge for the high temperature dish machine inadequately measuring the final rinse temperature, at the time of the inspection said gauge was only measuring up to 150f. Inspector verified that the final rinse temperature was 180f by using a high temperature dish machine test strip. Instructed to repair so that the high temperature dish machine final rinse gauge is adequately measuring the temperature of the final rinse or replace. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-005.

- comments: 5-205. 14 observed the cold water unable to turn on at the left faucet of the 3 compartment sink. Instructed to repair.

- comments: 6-501. 14 observed customer dining area with a smokey haze due to cooking. Instructed to repair ventilation system to avoid smoke in the air in the food prep areas and customer dining area.
