09/10/2024: I bought a chicken salad with spinach that was on sale for $3.49. I also bought a Yerba mate can drink and some coffee covered sweets from (self serve area). An hour later after eating, my stomach began hurting. Later that evening I had chills and body aches. The next day I continued to have body aches and stomach pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
