Airport Grilled Cheese Illness - Square 1, Tampa Florida

I ordered a Grilled Cheese Sandwhich that came with Kettle Chips. This was the only food I ate that day on 04/28/2024 around 7:30 pm. When I woke up the next day I had a severe headache that would not go away even after 4 extra strength Tylenols. The headache continued into the night until I started throwing up violently about 3 different times. Today is 04/30/2024 and I am feeling better but I am certain it must have been the food I ate. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
