Repeat Issues, Severe Symptoms - Stables Cafe, Guthrie Oklahoma

First off let me start by saying this isn’t the first instance with this cafe/ restaurant. Before the food poisoning I had 2 other problems, one I can’t remember, 2nd time I ordered a hamburger and it was cooked with paper still on it, didn’t realize until I had bitten into it. This past Friday night I ordered a salad to go, wasn’t but a couple hours later maybe I started getting bad cramps, in the middle of the night I had bad cramps and diarrhea. I was poisoned, I was so sick and still suffering from it 2 days later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
