Bagel Illness: Fever, Cramps - Starbucks, Mountain View California

Got my bagel and cream cheese thought it smelt weird but figured it was just the separation of oil and the product. A few hours later I feel terribly weak and have stomach cramps. As my shift ended at 2 ( I got my bagel and cream cheese around 7:40) I had developed a fever. I took medicine but I don't know if I need to go to the doctor yet.
