03:24 AM I bought a Cheese and Ham Croissant at your outlet in the North Terminal of London Gatwick Airport (Airside). The croissant appeared to have been poorly reheated: the cheese inside was still cold, which suggested inadequate heating or preparation.Shortly after consuming it, I suffered from acute vomiting and diarrhoea, causing major discomfort and interrupting my travel plans. As the store is located in a busy airport and serves many travellers, I believe this incident warrants your urgent attention.
I request that Starbucks investigate the matter – specifically how this food item was prepared/heated – and implement necessary improvements to ensure this does not happen again.
