April 21, 2021: I ordered coffee and egg white bites via Uber eats. It took almost 40 minutes from pickup to delivery. I drank my coffee and let the egg white bites sit out for approximately 7 hours. I folded the edges of the package they came in and put them in the fridge.
April 23rd: around 1145pm I took the eggs out and tossed them in the microwave for 15 seconds and ate them.
April 24th: I woke up feeling like I had a touch of the flu. Around 145pm I started having stomach cramps with diarrhea, vomiting, extreme aches and pains, fatigue and zero appetite.
April 25th: around 330am I took antibiotics with prednisone because my symptoms were getting worse. By that evening I ate crackers for the first time. Still had all of the symptoms. I went to bed early. I had to take sleeping pills to knock me out because of the aches and abdominal pain.
April 26th: symptoms are still with me but not as bad. I have zero energy with a massive headache caused from dehydration but I can tell that the antibiotic must be helping along with the prednisone to boost my energy levels. I’ve haven’t left my bed in 3 days! Kind of wondering how many more days this will last. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
