I order a tall black coffee and the tomato, mozzarella sandwich. Hours after eating it my stomach felt like I had acid reflux. Then 15 hours after I ate it I was vomiting the sandwich violently. I made plain mashed potatoes for dinner, and vomited that as well. Intense headache throughout night and vomiting violently for hours . Diarrhea was so intense as well. Laying on the bathroom floor all night | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Acid reflux
