I had a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich from here this morning at 10am. I wasn't hungry after that and at 3pm I started feeling nausea. By 5pm I had diarrhea and so far I have thrown up once, it is 6:30pm on that same day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
