Went and ordered a Frappuccino, but asked for soy milk and no whipped cream, as I am highly lactose intolerant. I even let the barista at the bar know that I needed it made with soy. Not whole milk. Got my drink, believing it was made right. I get halfway done with my frappe, and I start to feel unbelievably sick. Took my drink back to the bar to have it remade. The barista rolled her eyes at me and gave me a new drink. But it was STILL made with whole milk. I don’t ask for soy milk so my drink can sound fancy when called out. I ask for it, because I’m lactose intolerant. I will NEVER come back to this Starbucks again. SHAME on the baristas who think it’s hilarious to mess up people’s orders on purpose. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
