I had bought a turkey and egg whites breakfast sandwich Wednesday morning, around 8:15am and later that day I started having sour smelling burps and it later turned to Diarrhea a very bad case. All i can do is smell the eggs and the turkey bacon. It’s like they didn’t cook the bacon all the way through. I’ve been pooping and throwing up all Thursday and it’s now Friday morning and I can’t even hold down water. Worst part I’m on vacation and can’t even enjoy myself. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
