Went to get something light for a late lunch yesterday around 5:30. Ordered a taco salad and it tasted fine, but I started feeling funny a few hours after and it kept getting worse throughout the night. Did not eat any dinner after the salad because my stomach was feeling weird. Woke up this morning with extreme diarrhea and feeling like I'm gunna vomit. Checked my stool and found a lot of un-digested lettuce and now I have a pounding headache and I can't leave the bathroom for more than 10 mins. I know it was the salad, I had one a couple weeks ago and had the same symptoms, just not as intense. This time I primarily only ate a couple granola bars and that salad. I think I'll call in sick to work tmrw. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
