i got a double hamburger, no fried, water to drink. four bowel movements of pure water and vomited twice so far. fever/fever chills/definitely salmonella. threw up entire hamburger and kept throwing up when nothing was left. all this inside a few hours and ate nothing today beside my morning coffee, no other alternative reason and i am now afraid to go anywhere, going to the ER if i don't improve.thanks for making me resubmit the report yes i am going to the doctor no i haven't seen one yet, - | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
