We ate last night around 7 I got the special stuffed chicken spinach and goat cheese. I also had the expresso cake. I don’t know which gave me food poisoning but around 11 my stomach started to cramp. I then threw up from 3 am til 1pm. I had to get a shot since I can’t keep anything down I have the shakes and I’m so weak. Ive never been so sick I’m dizzy and hurt all over. Keep having a fever come and go too | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Weakness, Dizziness
