Inspectors found pest activity and waste disposal problems during the inspection. Significant food safety violations included about 5 large live flies in the customer service area and toilet room, about 10 small live flies near the rear utility sink and toilet room, and overflowing outdoor garbage dumpsters with lids not properly closed, including one dumpster with part of its lid missing. Citations were issued for these violations.

Other issues included boxes of liquor stored inside the toilet room, liquor products stored directly on the floor in the rear dry storage area, and no covered trash receptacle in the toilet room.
