- comments: the following core violations from report #2572748 dated on 03/17/23 have not been corrected-#47 small cracked white panel inside self serve ice machine at water reservoir. Instructed to replace and #55 observed expanding spray foam used as sealant for openings around piping inside the cabinet of self service ice machine in dining area, must remove to be smooth and cleanable. Instructed manager said previous core violations must be corrected by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
