On 02/19/13 at 6 pm I got a sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong with lettuce, onions, tomatos, pepperoncinis, sweet onion sauce, parmesan and vinegar. I finished eating it around 6:30 and went to bed later that night. Around 4am I woke up and was nauseous, I knew something bad was about to happen. I simultaneously had diarrhea and vomiting for hours on end, at one point I passed out on the bathroom floor from the excruciating pain. This was the worst 12 hours of my life, the pain was unbearable and the resulting dehydration prolonged the suffering. I'll put it this way, if there was a button I could have pressed to end my life at that moment I am 90% sure I would have pressed it, weighing the hours of pain against the joys of the rest of my life would've been an easy decision! : ( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
