on Feb 19th at 230 p.m both me and my mom had tun on flat-bread with veggies. I added spinach, bell peppers and light mayo. These three items being the only differences in our sandwiches. By 4 p.m i was vomiting with a 101 fever and diarrhea about 30 minutes later. still very ill on 2-22-16 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
