On march 3 , I purchased The Philly from the Subway branch located at 3939 E Lake Mead . Shortly after consuming it, I began to experience severe stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea for 2 days As the hours passed, the symptoms worsened and I experienced body aches, chills and fever. I have not eaten anything out of the ordinary prior to this incident, so I believe the sandwich may have been spoiled or contaminated. I have decided to report it here to alert others and for appropriate action to be taken. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
