Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Sandwich with turkey and vegetables
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours

Additional information: Had a six inch turkey sub with veggies around 6 pm from there on 5/8/25. Was sick to my stomach around 8-9 pm and throwing up by 10. Major stomach pains, chills, headache, nausea even now on 5/9/25 at 8 am. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
