Footlong wheat bread, chicken teriyaki, cheese, toasted and salad on. I have had this many times before but this time round I wasn't enjoying it. As I was taking bites it was as if the chicken was watery? Some of it was hot and some was cold. Later that night I was woken at 2.30am by severely painful stomach cramps. Tossing and turning, I tried to get back to sleep but I could feel everything in my stomach churning. I was sick two hours later. That was it from 4.30am till 5pm I was sick every hour or so also with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
