I ate very little all day yesterday and went to the subway at around 21:30 at Bielefeld Central Station to get my dinner. I had a vegetarian teriyaki sub with salad (except onions) and yogurt sauce. At around 11pm, I felt very nauseous on the train home, I could hardly assess whether I would vomit or become unconscious. I then continued on my way home and vomited at home around 2 o'clock. After the food was out, I felt much better, which is why I don't expect an infection. Overall, I didn't sleep the whole night because I had cramps again regularly every 1-2 hours and vomited with what was left. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
