Had a chicken tikka sub at 10 am yesterday and by 4pm my stomach was really sore. Now I have diarrhoea and am on the toilet every 10 minutes can’t even sleep. And when the guy made my sandwich the onions looked like they had just been ripped apart and thrown in the tray, big chucks of onion, then he reached for a knife to cut the sub and it was dirty so instead of cleaning it he took a bit of blue roll and gave it a wipe then straight through my sandwich. The way he put that sandwich together was disgusting and felt like just walking out and should have because I was poisoned and have been through hell with constant diarrhoea for 30 hours. Plus I’ve lost my days wages. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
