Extremely ill one hour later after eating pepperoni pizza. Severe food poisoning one adult and one child. 2 year old ate vegan sausage roll, only thing that noone else ate and was hospitalised with confirmed food poisoning, 5 days before symptoms started, which can be the incubation period for this type of poisoning  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
