Tuna Sub ER Visit - Subway,

4 hours after eating subway tuna sub (the only food I had all day- ate cereal for dinner the night before). Explosive vomiting and diarrhea followed for the next 5 hours. Ended up in the hospital for 3 hours on IV and antibiotics. Thanks $5 foot long for a $2000 E.R bill... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
