I went to a this franchise located in the chevron gas station, and got a tuna sandwich with mostly vegetables. I took a few bites and then felt nauseous, and threw some of it up. I wanted to see what was wrong, and after inspecting the sandwich I discovered that the tomatoes used were bad. They had a rancid smell, and were clearly old. The tuna also smelled bad. I didn’t notice before eating it, because the smell of the toasted bread covered it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
