Stopped here for an early lunch on the way to Michigan for Thanksgiving. Got a 6-inch steak and cheese with peppers and onions. Woke up next morning vomiting and have had diarrhea for three days now. Pretty sure it was my meal at Subway because I ate dinner with several family members and we all had the same food. I was the only to get sick. And I only had those two meals that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
