Ive been to this store around 10 times. Everytime I have gotten the Spicy Italian Sandwhich. And I would wake up at around 3-4am every time after I ate it and take the worst Diarrhea ive ever had in my life with massive stomach cramps lasting for an hour and this happened all 10 times. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
