Subway, Galleria Way, Glendale, CA, USA

1325A Galleria Way, Glendale, 91210 California, United States

I stopped for lunch at the Subway at the Glendale Galleria on the way back to work. The sales reps were rude and the footlong tuna sub i got smelled very much like TUNA... very fishy. I ate less than half of my sandwich and started feeling extremely ill. I have been vomiting and having diarrhea ever since. This was all I had to eat all day! I called to let the location know and was met by an extremely rude woman who gave me no name and placed me on hold for a very long time while she covered the phone and spoke to someone on the side... and a man, who i expect was her manager, (however he refused to give me his last name) I called and spoke with him at 4:25 pm. 4/19/2018. He denied that the tuna had anything to do with my illness and said "so what do you want, you want a new sandwich?" I said DEFINITELY NOT! I don't want anything from you! All I want is for you to remove the tuna from your display and make sure no one else gets sick!!! He continued to insist that it must have been something else. I then stated that it was either the tuna or one of the toppings I asked for because this was all I had eaten. I also asked if he knew what time the tuna had been prepared and if it had been properly refrigerated and he said "ya, i know this but I'm not going to tell you".
I am blown away by this despicable level of service and the disgusting way I was treated and the obvious neglect this subway location handles its food and prep. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
