Got a Turkey Wrap from Subway. After work felt stomach being upset tried to sleep. Woke up after a few hours feeling the urge to go to the washroom... stomach is still sore and burns / cramps | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Soreness
