Stopped there on the way to winstar casino. my wife got a meatball sub. I took one bite and told her the meat tasted bad. I put mine in the trash but she ate hers. when we got to the casino she got very sick. We left and she has been very ill from friday 11-6 -2020 . We did contact a doctor and got medication. This is wednesday 11-11 and she is still bedridden. Have to take her back to the doctor. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
