I ate my subway sandwich and potatoe bacon soup at 3pm on Monday April 25th. By 8pm my stomach felt tight and cramping. The cramping continued to get worse through the night and I could not sleep. Got up at 4:30am and started throwing up along with diarrhea and headache also chills. Tuesday was bad couldn't do anything but lay in bed throw up and go to the toilet. I was throwing up water at this point, and no appetite. Today is Wednesday and I'm still ill. I may go in to the ER still. Today I have a severe headache diarrhea and am trying to hold down soup. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Cramps, Loss of Appetite
