My son ordered x2 chicken sandwiches the lettuce was slimy brown warm the chicken tasted vile, I hadn’t eaten anything else nor been in contact with anyone Atal then I vomited like the exosist projectile vomit constantly bile now and diarrhoea at least 30 times in 24 hours for x4 days now sweating weakness my heart rate is slow serious food poisoning salmonella poisoning shut this vile shop I’m also going to take report this to food hygiene agency it is worse than covid also I’m still suffering and made well need iv to correct electrolytes I want a full investigation into this imminently I binned all packages in bin liner’s to protect my children and family why would I keep salmonella in my home also my son is severely anaphylactic so this is serious | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating, Bile, Other
