Steak Sub Causes Illness - Subway, Quinte West Ontario

I ordered a steak sub tuesday evening, I got take out. The only thing I ate other than breakfast. (Which everything at home was safe and had plenty of shelf life/fridge life left & had been eaten before) no one from the house was sick from breakfast. The sub made me VIOLENTLY ill. I puked for two days and was on the toilet non stop, had a fever and chills. It was definitely food poisoning as I was the only one sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
