Skipped breakfast and had a footlong meatball sandwich on wheat bread with provolone cheese for lunch right at noon. About 4 hours after eating it I began to get stomach pains and it is still bad almost 12 hours later. I believe it is food poisoning. Have been going once a week for awhile with no problems but this is enough to make me never return. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain
