I had a turkey sandwich around 3 on the 6th of April and I started feeling symptoms that day. I remember saying wow that sandwich didn’t sit right with me and for the whole night my stomach was hurting. The next day I had projectile vomit and the following day I had diarrhea and vomit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
