Got a Tuna sandwich. The lettuce was yellow and maybe was rotten. Usually never get salads in Chicago but it was on a sandwich so I thought it was fine.
8 hours later, my stomach really starts to hurt and I now have really bad cramp, liquids coming out of my behind, and can't barely sit up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
