Sunday Afternoon around 11am my boyfriend and I ordered our food. I ordered a spicy Italian as a salad, he ordered the meatball sub. The food prep are was unclean. We decided to eat there anyway. I woke up at 2:30am with sever stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting for several hours. My boyfriend became ill around 9am that morning. Vomiting ceases toward the end of the day. Theee days later we still have stomach pain, gas, diarrhea, extreme nausea. Will be going to doctor if this doesn’t improve by tomorrow. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
