I entered the subway shop at 8196 Weld County Road #13 around 6:19 PM I ordered a 12"Chicken Bcn Ranch, with lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, banana peppers, mayonnaise and ranch dressing toasted. I woke up early Sunday morning around 3:00 AM with stomach cramps, vomiting and nausea. these systems continued and ongoing throughout Sunday. it is now 4:00AM on Monday 12/03/18 and I'm still vomiting! not able to go to work today because of the systems! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
